How Does The Treatment Work?

The Ultra Femme 360™ is a quick procedure that takes at little as 15 minutes. This is the shortest non-surgical vulvovaginal rejuvenation treatment on the market. This treatment heats tissues at a lower temperature than other ablative laser treatments and our patients have reported little to no discomfort. During the procedure, our female nurse will start with the internal treatment. She will insert a sterile disposable device inside the vaginal canal until the tip reaches the cervix. Once the device is fully inserted, the hand piece is rotated out toward the introitus (opening of the vagina). The hand piece heats the tissue using 360 degrees providing stimulation of collagen and increase blood flow to the area. Once the internal treatment is done, our provider will change disposable hand pieces and treat externally if desired. For the external treatment, our female nurse will glide the device over the outer vaginal tissues to tighten and raise the labial tissue. In as little as 15 minutes, the procedure is completed and you can return to regular activities immediately.

Pre-Treatment

During your initial consultation, our trained female Registered Nurse will examine you and discuss which areas you desire to have treated. Your medical history will be reviewed and alternative treatments will be discussed. It is important to tell your provider if you have any of the following; electronic implants, metal implants, bleeding disorders, IUDs, are pregnant, or menstruating. The duration of your Ultra Femme 360™ treatment will vary depending on what areas are being targeted. At your consultation, we will provide you with an estimate of the length of your Ultra Femme 360™ appointment so you can plan your schedule accordingly. The day of your appointment we ask that you cleanse the skin thoroughly, shave areas with excess hair, and avoid applying lotion to the area of treatment. We will also ask that you remove any metal jewelry, watches, or clothes as it can interfere with the results. The Ultra Femme 360™ requires no downtime, so after completion of your in-office appointment, you are free to return to work and resume regular activities.
