New patients coming in for a consultation will be assessed a $250 consultation fee.
The fee will apply towards any surgery or procedure offered at our practice within 90 days. Kindly provide us with a 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A fee of $250 will be charged for patients who cancel less then 48 hours or no-show for their appointment. Please take into consideration that we have a very busy schedule and one late appointment can cause any subsequent appointments to run behind. If you are running more than 15 minutes late, please call the office to ensure we can accommodate your appointment. In some cases, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
