Maintenance Plans

After completing your initial program, maintenance options are available. Duration varies depending on dosage and individual needs:

• Semaglutide: $795 per vial
  (Typically lasts 11–13 weeks)
• Tirzepatide: $995 per vial
  (Typically lasts 4–6 weeks)

In-Office Injection Option

If you prefer not to self-administer your injections, we offer a convenient in-office option:

• $195/month for weekly injections administered by our clinical team

Side effects for Semaglitude include nausea, vomiting, constipation, abdominal pain, hypoglycemia, injection site reaction, pancreatitis, gallbladder disorders and allergic reactions. You should communicate any side effects to our providers so that they can be managed appropriately.
