Latisse is the first FDA-approved prescription treatment to grow longer, fuller and thicker eyelashes. Currently, Latisse is FDA-approved for use on the upper eyelashes only.
The cost of a bottle of Latisse is $162 – $210. When properly used, one bottle of Latisse lasts about 2 months.
You will start seeing results as early as four weeks, but full results will take about 16 weeks to show.
You can apply Latisse every evening to the base of the upper eyelashes.
There have been no serious side effects reported. The most common side effects include itching sensation in the eyes and/or eye redness, which occurred in approximately four percent of patients. Less common side effects include skin darkening, eye irritation, dryness of the eyes, and redness of the eyelids.
