Board Certified Physician Associate
Danielle Augustino is a Board Certified Physician Assistant with over a decade of experience in cosmetic dermatology and plastic surgery. She is certified through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Danielle has been a trainer for Galderma, the leader in the field of injectables. She is also the founder and owner of the skincare line, LEKKO Aesthetics, which focuses on anti-aging skincare.
Danielle earned her B.A. in Psychology in 2004 at the University at Buffalo, and her B.S. in Physician Assistant Studies in 2008 at D’Youville College in Buffalo, N.Y. She is currently completing her diploma in Skincare Formulation.

Mason, known as Trish, is a highly experienced Registered Nurse and Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) with a diverse background in clinical training, operating room assistance, and healthcare consulting. With over 20 years of experience, Trish assists in surgical cases, runs our wellness center, and provides exceptional care to our post operative patients.

Crystal Morrow, LME had completed her Master Esthetics program in 2007 while attending Career Training Solutions in Fredericksburg, VA. She specializes in advance skin care for all skin types and patients concerns of hyperpigmentation, Melasma, acne scarring, anti-aging and skin tightening. She also has completed the Master Coolsculpting course for body contouring and non-surgical fat reduction while always staying on top of the latest aesthetic techniques and educational seminars. Her passion in skin care and desire to help others allows her to work with patients to achieve their aesthetic goals. Crystal also enjoys in her spare time cooking, horseback riding and kickboxing. Beysith Novella is originally from Venezuela and is a bilingual LME who graduated in 2019 from Dermal Science International Aesthetic Academy. Beysith loves to see her patients with healthy glowing and happy skin. With more than 15 years of experience in skincare, she has worked in the DMV area, educating her patients on the complexities of skin management. Beysith has also attended CoolSculpting University, and is trained in many advanced, non-invasive body contouring treatments.
