One of the most prominent features a model has is high, defined cheekbones. As someone ages, they lose the volume in their cheeks and gain it where it is not wanted like the jawline or neck. For a non-surgical solution, we offer a variety of fillers such as Radiesse®, Juvederm® Voluma, Sculptra® and Bellafill®. These fillers are used to enhance the definition and add volume which lifts the face.

A younger patient may benefit from using a filler while an older patient who is trying to stop the aging process may benefit from a combination of fillers or even surgery. For a permanent solution, we offer enhancement using fat grafting. Each treatment has its own benefits and risks, all which will be discussed at your visit.

The chin and jawline are responsible for framing our facial features and play a pivotal role in shaping our face. Correcting a weak chin or soft jawline can improve the symmetry of the face and even decrease the appearance of sagging jowls.

Nonsurgical chin and jaw enhancement is a minimally-invasive way to smooth contours, balance inconsistencies, increase definition and provide a more feminine or masculine facial profile. Nonsurgical options provide a subtle but noticeable change for a more pronounced and defined chin or jawline without scars, side effects or downtime.

For those looking for a permanent solution, we offer patients a chin augmentation with a silicone implant. This corrects a recessive or weak chin. It also can improve the jawline and sagging jowls by adding volume in the chin area and making the jawline smoother. For those looking to reduce the jawline, this can be done surgically.

Although no one can argue with the superior results and permanency that surgery can afford a patient who seeks a surgical rhinoplasty, surgery is not for everyone. Some people prefer not to have surgery for a variety of reasons. If that is the case, a non-surgical rhinoplasty could help address the patient’s concerns.
It could be a bump on the nose, an indentation, a scar, an irregularity from a previous nose surgery, or a flattened tip. All these conditions can be improved with a non-surgical rhinoplasty with fillers (injectables).

Of course, there are limitations to what a non-surgical rhinoplasty can accomplish. It cannot make a nose smaller, but it can create a better balance between the bridge and the tip of the nose to make it more aesthetically pleasing. It cannot improve on breathing problems, and it cannot mask major septal deviations, which needs to be accomplished surgically. Furthermore, a non-surgical rhinoplasty is a temporary procedure lasting about six to 24 months, depending on the type and quantity of filler used. This may be repeated, or the patient may elect to have a surgical rhinoplasty for more permanent results.

For patients wanting long-term results, we offer fat grafting to the lips. If the lips are very thin and need a lift, we offer an upper and/or lower lip lift procedure. With this technique, sedation or general anesthesia is given, and the upper/lower lip lift is performed to reveal more “lips.”
